Who is responsible

This website is operated by Micky, an independent software business in Viškovo, Croatia. Its identity and postal details are on the business information page. For anything in this notice, email micky-studio@proton.me.

Visiting the website

This is a static website hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. through Cloudflare Pages. When your browser requests a page, Cloudflare processes the technical data needed to deliver it and to protect it from abuse: your IP address, the requested address, the time of the request and your browser's identification string. Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf under its privacy policy and data processing terms. We do not receive individual request logs.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a measurement service delivered by a small script loaded from Cloudflare. According to Cloudflare, it does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors through their IP address or browser details. We see aggregated figures only: page views, referring sites, approximate country, browser and device type, and page performance measurements.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and embedded services

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Fonts and all other assets are served from the website's own address. Apart from the analytics script described above, no third-party services are embedded.

Contacting us

If you email us, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message in order to answer you. Our mailbox is provided by Proton AG, Switzerland (Proton privacy policy). Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then deleted, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Please don't send passwords, identity documents or children's photos or face data.

Where data is processed

Cloudflare operates a global network and is headquartered in the United States. Transfers outside the European Economic Area are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses in Cloudflare's data processing terms. Switzerland, where Proton AG is based, is recognised by the European Commission as providing adequate protection.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict or object to processing, and request a copy of the data you gave us. Email micky-studio@proton.me. You can also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or to the supervisory authority where you live.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when the website's hosting, services or processing change.
